In STAMFORD, CT jobs-near-me.org Hybrid Position: Our client – pioneer in innovative, high-quality skin care products and groundbreaking skin/cosmetology research – is searching for a Contracts Manager, ideally with IP/Marketing exposure, to support the team on a project, and potential project-to-hire, basis. Responsibilities include drafting various business contracts, terms and conditions, notices, letters including but not limited to the following agreements: vendor, supplier, retailer, marketing, promotional, event, hotel sweepstakes, and cease and desist letters, as well as reviewing and reporting on marketing materials, artwork claims (digital, social media, television, packaging and print) for compliance with laws and regulations (e.g. FTC, FDA, NAD, Cosmetics Regulations, MOCRA). The ideal candidate for this role will be a JD/ Juris Doctor with in-house contracting experience, with marketing and advertising exposure being a major plus. Position is HYBRID in Downtown Stamford, CT, and note free shuttle is provided from the Metro-North station.
