Location: North Chesterfield, VA, 23237, United States
Pay Rate: $16/Hour without benefits
Duration: 6 Months
Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): Day
Roles and responsibilities:

• Receive and return customer phone calls and emails, answer customer requests for status, and production information, and check product availability about punch/RMA requests.
• Receive all punch forms from contract vendors and verify the completion and accuracy of the punch form. Perform and complete research of punch issues as needed.
• Prepare appropriate paperwork (RMA/Replacement Order/Discrepancy Form/Code Request) to accommodate punch/RMA requests about returns, damages, or missing products.
• Confer with plants and management, on inquiries about processed punch/RMA orders for product availability and deliverables.
• Resolves customer issues or refers unresolved issues to the Install Manager or Customer Service Supervisor and/or Chief Customer Officer as needed.
• Review and update order status reports for punch/RMA orders weekly.
• Log Packing slips as needed.
• Additional duties as needed to provide prompt and professional customer service to all customers.

Remarks:

• The Department is looking for some with inside sales experience.
