Monday-Friday / 8:00am-4:30pm

A growing supply chain and logistics company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who is experienced, detail-oriented, and bilingual in Spanish, to support order processing, account management, and shipping coordination. You’ll be responsible for handling customer accounts, entering and managing data in QuickBooks, and coordinating shipments with major carriers including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and LTL. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service tasks including order entry, account updates, and customer follow-ups
• Perform data entry and account management using QuickBooks
• Process shipments through UPS, USPS, FedEx, and LTL systems
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipping, and service inquiries
• Maintain organized, accurate customer records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, accounting) for timely fulfillment

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• 2+ years of experience with QuickBooks in a customer service or administrative role
• Experience with shipping systems including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, with excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Prior experience in a logistics, supply chain, or distribution setting preferred
