<div class="isg-job-description“>We have an opening for an experienced, in-office, full-time Customer Service Representative.  This important role is the first to connect with our customers and provide the high level of service that we’re known for.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and follow up on voicemails
• Promote products, services, and maintenance plans
• Schedule service, maintenance, and sales appointments
• Make outbound calls
• Monitor and reply to customer emails
• Document customer concerns and resolution
• Assist with customer mailings and related projects
• Other duties as assigned
• Scheduled first shift, M-F, in-office, with rotating Saturday mornings

Requirements:

• High personal integrity and desire to serve others
• High school diploma/GED required, college degree a plus!
• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality
• Self-motivated with strong organizational ability
• Strong computer and data entry skills, to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
