Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management of a cross-functional app development initiative.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client management, ensuring their expectations are met and relationships are well maintained.
• Oversee financial management of the program including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Work closely with technical teams, understanding project requirements, timelines, and limitations, even without being a developer yourself.
• Coordinate between multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate program updates to stakeholders at all levels with clarity and confidence.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a tech or app development environment.
• Strong client relationship management experience.
• Demonstrated budget ownership and financial tracking skills.
• Good working knowledge of technology and app development processes — no coding required.
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Required Experience:

• Experience working with Agile or Scrum teams.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
