Director of Nursing Services -DON / DNS

Williamsbridge Center is actively seeking an experienced DON / DNS for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Bronx, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing department
• Develop, implement, and maintain nursing policies and best practices
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff
• Monitor staffing levels and ensure team competencies are up-to-date
• Supervise nursing conduct and provide performance guidance
• Maintain awareness and oversight of clinical events within the facility
• Conduct resident health assessments and collaborate on care planning

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in New York State (required)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in long-term care nursing
• At least 2 years in a nursing leadership or supervisory role
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills
