Responsibilities

The Dockworker, Warehousing is responsible for safely and efficiently
unloading, sorting, handling, and loading freight in accordance with
verbal and written instructions, as well as Federal, State, and customer
regulations.

• Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or
  production areas, loading docks, or delivery vehicles or containers
  by hand or using trucks, tractors, or other equipment.
• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work
  assignments or material or equipment needs.
• Control and maintain all records required for accurate, on-time
  completion of shipments.
• Work in a team environment to accomplish work assignments.
• Periodically use computers, email, scanners, and the warehouse
  management system (WMS) to track inventory, create paperwork, or
  document reporting.
• Support and promote company core values.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Required to operate forklifts or pallet jacks once authorized.
