As our enthusiastic and hardworking E-COMMERCE LIVE SALES SUPERVISOR, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Lead, develop, and supervise all live sales teams across designated Ecommerce departments, ensuring alignment with company goals, brand standards, and performance expectations.

• Strategize and implement best practices for live selling formats, content structure, merchandise planning, and customer engagement.

• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of live events, ensuring adequate staffing, show preparedness, and timely execution.

• Host live sales events as needed to support departmental coverage, special campaigns, or to model best practices for team development.

• Review performance metrics including sales data, viewer engagement, and show conversion rates to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

• Ensure each live sale environment is professionally staged and technically sound, including camera work, lighting, audio, and display quality.

• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations for Specialists and Assistants, promoting a culture of accountability, creativity, and professional growth.

• Maintain regular reporting and communication with Ecommerce leadership on live sales progress, challenges, and department needs.

Qualifications to be considered for this position:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, fashion merchandising, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce, retail sales, or live selling, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing performance, and executing digital sales strategies.

• Strong on-camera presence and the ability to train and coach others in effective live presentation techniques.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with the ability to manage multiple teams and sales streams.

• Proficiency with livestream platforms, video setup, and digital content tools is a plus.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods.

• Ability to lift, move, and carry merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Manual dexterity to assist with setup and manage merchandise handling.

• Visual acuity to help assess product quality and presentation standards.

• Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.

• Ability to work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures, high noise and/or dust levels, and potentially slippery surfaces.

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

High School or Equivalent (required)

1 years: At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. (required)
2 years: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce, retail sales, or live selling (required)
