AI Product Management Intern

Approximate Internship length August – September 2025

Skillsoft is currently seeking a highly qualified Summer Intern to join the Platform product management team. The summer intern will collaborate with Principal AI product manager and VP of platform product management to work on the AI research and prototyping on highly visible products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with senior product managers and engineers to support AI and machine learning research and prototyping.
• Assist in designing and implementing basic AI/ML models and experiments under supervision.
• Document research findings and contribute to the development of prototypes.
• Participate in team meetings to provide updates on progress and gather feedback.
• Support the team with data collection, preprocessing, and analysis tasks.
• Assist in testing and evaluating AI/ML prototypes for performance and usability.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 0-2 years of professional experience and currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or BS or MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
• Domain knowledge of enterprise learning
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Experience with data analysis or prototyping tools is a plus.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence or other Agile software development tools is desired
• Experience working with virtual teams is desired

Target hourly range for this job requisition is anticipated to be $18-$20 hourly.
