Lead Epoxy Floor Installer

Location: Salem, OR

Schedule: 30–40 hours per week (hours vary depending on job orders)

Pay: $25+ per hour, DOE

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Epoxy Floor Installer to join a growing team in Salem. This is not an entry-level role—candidates must have hands-on experience with epoxy flooring systems and the ability to take a leadership role on projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of overseeing jobs from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead epoxy flooring installation projects from preparation to completion
• Accurately measure, cut, and prepare work areas
• Mix and apply epoxy coatings, sealants, and finishes according to specifications
• Perform surface preparation, including grinding, cleaning, and leveling concrete
• Train, guide, and oversee team members on-site
• Ensure high-quality work, safety compliance, and timely project completion
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites

Qualifications:

• Prior epoxy flooring installation experience required (minimum 2+ years preferred)
• Ability to read and understand measurements and technical instructions
• Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
• Must pass DMV check to operate company vehicles
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work varied hours depending on project needs
