Requirements

• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining quality and safety standards

Job Duties

• Troubleshoot, test, repair, and refurbish various models of refill equipment
• Perform operational checks and required sanitization procedures
• Disassemble, clean, sanitize, reassemble, and inspect equipment to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and interpret technical manuals to complete repairs
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing work area
• Follow all company safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Use problem-solving skills to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in daily team huddles and support production goals
• Perform additional duties as assigned
