EU Communication Intern

Position description

FEDARENE, the European network of energy agencies and regions, offers in its Brussels office: 6-month internship as EU Communication assistant.

Starting date between 28th of July and 11th of August 2025.

Only students able to provide a traineeship agreement from a university or similar organisation (Erasmus+, Eurodyssey, etc.) will be selected.

MAIN MISSIONS

• Manage the bimonthly FEDARENE newsletter, actively moderate the Website and social networks;
• Monitor the impact of communication channels;
• Support in other activities: events organisation, communication activities of EU projects etc.

Qualifications

• Master Student in European Studies/Political Sciences/Communication/Journalism/Environmental Sciences;
• Excellent spoken & written English (C1) + writing skills (in English);
• Perfect command of LinkedIn;
• Graphic design skills – Adobe Suite and/or Canva;
• Autonomous, creative, proactive;
• Interest in sustainable energy issues – previous experience in the field is a plus;
• Knowledge of Mailchimp/Sendinblue, WordPress and/or Buffer is an asset.
