Job Description:Event Sales Representative- Summer Position (Full-Time & Part-Time) Hiring in cities across Ontario!!Are you looking for a fun, high-energy summer Sales job where you can earn great money, gain valuable experience, and work alongside a friend? Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire & President’s Choice Financial, is hiring Gas Station Event Field Sales Representatives!Working in pairs, you’ll be outdoors, talking to people, and making sales while representing some of Canada’s most iconic brands. If you love engaging with people, want to build your resume, and enjoy a flexible schedule, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Compensation:

• $17.20/hr – $17.75/hr minimum guaranteed + uncapped commission

• The more you sell, the more you earn!

Schedule

• Program Duration:

Runs from April 1st to October 31st with the flexibility to switch between part-time and full-time based on your semester schedule.

• Bonus: Opportunity to transfer to an in-store position after the contract ends!
• Weekly Schedule:

• Program 1: Shifts Monday-Sunday, 10 AM – 7 PM (minimum 3 days/week availability)
• Program 2: Shifts Thursday-Sunday, 10 AM – 7 PM
• Flexible hours: Work 20-40 hours/week based on your availability!

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers at gas station locations and introduce them to our partner’s financial products.
• Be the face of some of Canada’s biggest brands at high-energy events.
• Use your creativity to attract and educate potential customers.
• Build connections with gas station staff to make events a success.
• Deliver amazing customer experiences while earning commissions!

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
• Enjoy working outside and visiting different locations.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a bonus (but not required!).
• Excellent communication & people skills to engage customers.
• Able to work both independently and with a partner.
• Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check.
• Access to a vehicle is a plus but not required!
