Experienced Maintenance Workers

  • 3 years of maintenance / construction experience.
  • Ability to use construction and maintenance equipment including; power tools, hand tools and plumbing tools.
  • Collaborate with maintenance team and contractors.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions from maintenance manager.
  • Load and unload equipment, tools, and supplies as needed.
  • Assist in installing equipment, appliances and furniture as needed.
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 60 lbs., climb and be comfortable on ladders and staging, bend, kneel, etc.
  • Follow OSHA and company safety rules.
  • Ability to do snow removal and landscaping as needed.
  • HVAC filter replacements and drain cleaning.
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
