- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the field.
- Must have experience with metal framing job requirements.
- Excellent frame-to-finish carpentry skills and general knowledge in all related fields.
- Ability to lead a crew or work independently.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of all phases of a commercial remodeling project.
- Ability to establish and maintain a positive, cooperative working relationship with supervisors, coworkers and sub-contractors.
- Ability to work in an environment subject to frequently changing priorities and time deadlines.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 60 lbs., climb and be comfortable on ladders and staging, bend, kneel, etc.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Must have own hand tools and basic power tools related to this field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Occasional weekend and after-hours work required.
