About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Screen Printing Professional to join the production team of a leading apparel and merchandise company located in Orem, Utah. This role is ideal for someone with experience in custom apparel production, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for creating high-quality printed products.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain manual or automatic screen printing presses
Prepare screens, mix inks, and register artwork accurately for production runs
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction

Qualifications

Previous experience in screen printing or apparel production (1+ year preferred)
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Good communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with M&R, Riley Hopkins, or similar presses is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Schedule & Pay

Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift (some flexibility may be required)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
