Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 11 AM – 9:30 PM
Pay: $26.13/hr.

What does a Field Service Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola?
As a Field Service Technician III, you will be a key member of our Field Service team, responsible for the proper repair, maintenance and occasional installation of beverage equipment at various client locations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the rapid response to equipment malfunctions while providing exceptional service. As a Technician III, your work focused more on fountain repair and/or perform repairs on coolers, vending machines, and payment systems. This position may require fountain install/removal and cold drink equipment install/ removal in some territories. This position offers excellent opportunities for skill development and career growth.
Responsibilities

• Perform on-site repairs, part replacements, and adjustments to restore beverage fountains, coolers, and vending equipment to optimal functionality
• Diagnose multiple types of complex equipment ( e.g., B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine, Coolers and Vending) to determine work, parts, and materials needed and make required repairs
• Ensure that all plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections are properly installed and functioning correctly
• Install, assemble, and configure beverage fountains/ cold drink equipment and related equipment as needed
• Document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) using a handheld device
• Check-in and out equipment and materials (parts and supplies) using a designated process
• Maintain accurate parts inventory ($30-$35K est. value)
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• 1+ years previous experience in beverage equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field required
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Driver’s License
• Lift up 50lbs repetitively and occasionally up to 80lbs
• Ability to operate and/or use a variety of hand and power tools
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components, mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
