Job Title: Environmental Technician InternJob Description

Actalent has partnered with a large environmental consulting firm seeking to train an environmental field technician to work on large agricultural projects within the Mid-West. No experience is necessary. Candidates must be willing to travel (home most weekends) and be mechanically inclined.

Hard Skills

• Driving (pick-up truck)

• Lifting and carrying equipment/mechanical components (up to 50 lbs. unassisted)

• Hand excavation/digging (using shovels/picks)

• Carrying and climbing ladders

• Operating and working from man lifts

• Operating electric tools (drills, saws, etc.)

• Using hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, etc.)

Soft Skills

• Willingness to travel

• Mechanical inclination

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Overland, Missouri.

Work Environment

Providing services under varying weather conditions, with tasks involving physical activities such as driving, walking inspections, lifting, digging, and using tools.
