Flight Account Coordinator 

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Verify specifications to the actual menu.
• Verify that the airlines are correctly catered for and that all equipment is in place.
• Inspect, approve, and finalize meal carts based on cart diagrams.
• Check the whole flight for completeness to ensure all carts are complete.
• Verify special meals are included.
• Ensure that meal counts are correct.
• Record temperatures of carts to ensure HACCP compliance.
• Work in a cold environment.
• Assemble first-class meal carts.
• Work closely with the dispatcher for counts and flight schedules.
• In-house flight verification only.
• Ability to work flexible hours, any day of the week.

Job Qualifications:
 

• Understanding of cart assembly and cart diagrams.
• Ability to read Cart Diagrams.
• Ability to work in a cold environment.
• Good communication, organizational, problem-solving, and teaming skills.
• Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are helpful.
