position: Ground Hand – Construction

Overview:

We are looking for a reliable Ground Hand to join our crew working on a levee construction project. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work and wants to be part of a hardworking team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist construction crew with day-to-day tasks on the levee project.
• Perform general labor duties such as carrying materials, site cleanup, and supporting equipment operators.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work in outdoor environments and adapt to changing conditions.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Must be dependable and able to work well with a team.

Schedule & Pay:

• 6 days per week (overtime opportunities available).
• Starting pay: $18.00 per hour.
• Opportunity to gain hands-on construction experience and grow with the crew.
