Shift: Saturday 2.30pm to 7pm, Wednesday to Friday 4.30pm to 9pm (18 hours per week)
Rate of pay: £11.44 per hour
Location: Radar Road, Leicester
About the Team
As a member of the Home Customer Service Payments and Adjustments team, you will play a key role in supporting the department and Managers by ensuring administrative duties are carried out efficiently and effectively.
You’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach, always striving to deliver outstanding customer service with a positive, “can-do” attitude.

You will have a demonstrated background in customer service and administrative roles, with the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A positive, proactive mindset with adaptability and a readiness to embrace change and highly organised and self-motivated, capable of managing workloads independently and meeting demanding deadlines.
You will also have a strong ability to work both independently using initiative and as part of a team.
