Job Description:The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) works in the Human Resources Consulting and Program Delivery Team and supports the delivery of Seaspan’s strategic talent management strategy. The HRBP supports assigned business units to provide expertise and advice on human resources programs. Although based in North Vancouver, the HRBP will collaborate and work closely with the wider Human Resources Consulting and Program Delivery Team on strategic projects across all of Seaspan’s business units. The HRBP reports to the Director, Human Resources for Seaspan.Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.What you’ll do

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 – $110,000. In determining final salary, Seaspan considers many factors including the successful Candidate’s skillset and experience as well as position location and internal equity.
