Performs routine maintenance activities on equipment and facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Performs routine maintenance activities on equipment (preventative and corrective maintenance) and facility.
* Substitutes materials or parts, rearranges parts or subassemblies, performs machinery and parts testing, and executes other maintenance activities.
* Performs facility maintenance, including the operation, monitoring and adjustment of utilities.
* Performs all activities in compliance with Company, site, customer and regulatory requirements and standards.
* Under the direction of supervisor, investigates reliability issues and performs root cause analysis on significant equipment failures.
* Collaborates with vendor maintenance technicians, installers and Company colleagues on special projects such as capital equipment moves and installations.

Requirements

* Enrollment in one of the following education programs:
Mechatronics Technology Associate in Applied Science
Electronics Engineering Technology Associate in Applied Science
Mechanical Engineering Technology Associate in Applied Science
* Maintenance of a minimum of 2.8 GPA
* Maintenance of enrollment each semester until graduation
* Adherence to site and department safety rules
