Now Hiring: Maintenance Coordinator

Location: Sussex, WI
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:00pm

Are you a go-getter with a knack for organization, mechanical know-how, and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? Join our team as a Maintenance Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our production success!

What You’ll Do

• Keep our Tool Crib organized and efficient
• Prepare and break down equipment for machine setups
• Maintain inventory of critical tools like Zingers and Hot Knives
• Inspect and maintain assemblies (Hole Punch Cylinders, Heater Bars, Rotary Knives, etc.)
• Manage our Preventative Maintenance (PM) software
• Track KPIs and compile reports to support operational excellence
• Purchase and manage spare parts inventory
• Coordinate purchase orders and repair deliveries
• Support safety initiatives and report unsafe conditions

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Solid mechanical aptitude and tooling experience
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP (preferred)
• Blueprint reading and basic measuring tool skills
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Willingness to travel up to 5% to other company locations
