Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic for a trusted company in Hawaii’s industrial equipment industry for over 35 years. If you have hands-on mechanical skills and a passion for troubleshooting, this is your chance to work with a respected, family-owned company serving commercial, industrial, and military clients.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment such as air compressors, boilers, pumps, hoists, and cranes.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Assist with equipment installation and setup.
• Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot on-site.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure OSHA compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or mechanical repair.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, compressors, and cranes.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Welding and fabrication (ASME code welding a plus).
• Boiler and burner service experience.
• Electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
