Marketing Lead
City of London (hybrid)
£80,000 – £105,000 + bonus
Investment ManagementWe’re delighted to be partnered with a leading Investment Manager looking to recruit a Marketing Lead as they enter their next stage of growth.The Marketing Lead will:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement with financial advisors, discretionary fund managers, and other intermediaries.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product, and Investment teams, to create compelling content and marketing strategies tailored to key audience segments.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage a small team, providing leadership and guidance to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Required skills and experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience within investment management.
• Strong understanding of advisory and discretionary audiences, with experience across the full marketing mix.
• Proven expertise in campaign management, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Team management experience and a collaborative mindset.
• Knowledge of estate planning and IHT.
