Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and grow a network of referral sources within your assigned territory

• Establish relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, and community organizations

• Implement marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and generate referrals

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth referral and onboarding process for new clients

• Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records of referral trends and progress

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development (home care experience preferred)

• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
