National Distribution Manager

that matter most for this role:

A minimum of five years’ experience working within or managing a DSD network.
Knowledge of the OnP landscape, including both local and national accounts.
A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects or programs.
Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent, manager, and coach.
A strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
Exceptional communication skills, including presentation and training abilities.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and technical capabilities, and to work with all resource groups (business users and IT) to communicate needs and concerns.
Very strong skills in Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
A bachelor’s degree is required.
fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
