A professional company in Morgantown is now seeking an Office Assistant to join their team. This is an established company seeking dedicated employees who are interested in career opportunities and working in a team environment. This role offers a schedule of Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, with compensation up to $17.00 hourly.

Duties To Include:

• Answering incoming calls and taking messages
• Handling all daily mailings for the office and delivering documents to appropriate locations in Morgantown
• Transferring all files to company storage
• Handling all copying, scanning, and document preparation for administrative departments

All interested candidates must:

• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to complete the physical requirements of the position (lifting, up to, 50lbs repeatedly)
• Previous office and administrative experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
