Job Introduction

Are you a confident, motivated Office Manager looking to join an organisation focused on professional growth and development, whilst ensuring you feel valued each and every day.

Main Responsibility

As an Office Manager within Virgin Care Bath and North East Somerset (BANES) you’ll join a team who are focused on clinical excellence and passionate about reducing the impact of health inequalities on children 0-5 years and their families, in BANES .

Your days will be rewarding and varied and include: managing a team of administrative support staff and providing direct administrative support to the Professional Lead and the wider Team Lead team.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be educated to A level or NVQ/Diploma Level 3 or equivalent and you will have significant experience of working in a similar role in a similar sized service.

You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
