This firm has an excellent culture and a lot of career development opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:– Provides reception, scanning and general operations support;– Greet and direct all visitors including clients, vendors, and job candidates;– Answer switchboard, greet clients, and open firm;– Attend to outgoing mail and couriers;– Maintain tidies and restock common areas such as the kitchen and lobby;– Book and schedule boardrooms;– Close files and send to storage;– Organizing and maintain supply room;– Additional duties as assigned.Requirements:– 1+ years of experience working in a Legal Administrative role;– Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams);– An aptitude for using various Document Management Systems and other technological applications;– Ability to lift and move file boxes (up to approx. 30 lbs);– Professional and welcoming demeanor;– Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;– Demonstrative customer service skills;– Ability to work well in a team; and– Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
