DESCRIPTION

Under supervision, responsible for safe operation, testing, calibrating, trouble-shooting, repair and full-range maintenance of the plumbing distribution systems and medical gases. Repairs or replaces defective plumbing parts on all systems. General knowledge of plumbing codes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must hold valid driver’s license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies/ procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program.
Five (5) years experience as a journeyman plumber.
Recent experience in a similar role and setting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Backflow certification.
Medical Gas Certification.
Healthcare environment experience.
General knowledge of steam systems.
OSHPD experience.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.

Pay Transparency Act

Annual Full Pay Range: $105,841 – $105,841 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)

Hourly Equivalent: $50.69 – $50.69
