Job Title: Practice Manager – Cyber Risk Advisory Consultancy
Location: USA / Home based (Hybrid role)
About the role:
Responsible for leading a team of consultants who deliver a cyber risk and supply chain consulting services and engagements for multiple clients across the globe.
You will be playing a pivotal role at BSI delivering the practice’s business plans for sales, revenue, and profitable growth, leading and developing a group of consultants to deliver the practice’s service portfolio, grow the practice by supporting the sales and marketing functions, and work with practice leadership to define, develop, and refine the practice’s services in supply chain and cyber risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Help develop a business strategy for growing the supply chain and cyber risk practice, including expanding its market presence, client base, and geographic footprint
- Embed and continually enhance a commercially aware culture across the team to drive profitable and revenue growth.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to hone propositions, sales strategies, and approaches to target markets
- Provide market intelligence to facilitate delivery of the practice.
- Engage employees and create opportunities for skills development, coaching, and implementation of BSI Consulting methodology.
- Leading, coaching and developing high performance to your team
- Delivering work to key clients
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- A background in information security, supply chain security, and governance
- Five to ten years of relevant experience in consultancy (client interaction), able to carry out assignments alone or as a team leader and applying your knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Able to understand client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis, and problem resolution. Demonstrated track record of excellent project and client management skills
- At least five years of leadership and team management experience.
- Experience working with a sales organization is a plus

The salary for this position can range from $134k to $173k annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
