Job Title: Production Program Manager

Job Description

As a Production Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth progression of mold designs through engineering and the manufacturing floor. You will assure that product designs meet both internal and external specifications by meticulously following work orders throughout the company. Your keen eye for detail will ensure all paperwork, including purchase orders and quotes, is correct and matches specifications. You will oversee the design and build process from initial quotation to final delivery, making necessary adjustments as required by the customer. You will also track and monitor customer purchase orders with the assistance of the Accounts Receivable department and oversee outstanding payments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the status of molds during engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Verify that product designs meet specifications by following work orders throughout the company.
• Ensure all paperwork, purchase orders, and quotes are accurate and match specifications.
• Manage the design and build process of programs from initial quotation to final delivery, adapting to customer requirements.
• Track and monitor customer purchase orders and manage outstanding payments with the Accounts Receivable department.

Essential Skills

• Expertise in program and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project software.
• experience in injection mold design and manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Training or experience in SolidWorks, MasterCAM, and CAD is a plus.
• Ability to travel to other sites six times per year.

This is a Contract to Hire OR Direct Placement position based out of Saint Petersburg, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 – $63.00/hr.
