Experienced CNC Programmer / Setup Machinist

Pay: $38–$40 per hour (DOE)

We are seeking an Experienced CNC Programmer/Setup Machinist to join our team. This role is responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines to ensure precision and efficiency in production.

Responsibilities:

• Program CNC machines (mills/lathes) and perform machine setups.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Select tools, set offsets, and prepare fixtures for production runs.
• Perform test runs and make adjustments to meet tight tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining or programming issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of CNC programming and setup experience.
• Proficiency with G-code and CAM software.
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time, $38–$40/hr depending on experience.
