Job Summary

The PTP Stabilization Project Management Lead is responsible for leading enterprise-wide Procure-to-Pay (PTP) stabilization initiatives and Oracle Fusion implementation activities across a global organization. This highly visible role serves as the primary liaison between business operations, technology teams, and leadership to ensure successful Oracle Fusion deployment, hypercare support, and long-term operational stabilization. The ideal candidate brings deep Oracle Fusion expertise, strong program leadership experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives in large global environments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between PTP operations and Oracle Fusion implementation teams across AP, Payments, Supplier Portal, Procurement, Vendor Onboarding, and Supplier Master Data functions.
  • Ensure business requirements are accurately captured, prioritized, and incorporated into Oracle Fusion design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Lead enterprise-wide PTP stabilization initiatives during Oracle Fusion implementation, go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation phases.
  • Develop and manage integrated stabilization program plans, including timelines, dependencies, governance structures, and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, process gaps, and system-related challenges.
  • Establish and maintain risk management, issue tracking, escalation processes, and mitigation plans across all workstreams.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on operational and system-related issues and drive sustainable corrective actions.
  • Manage program governance activities, including steering committees, executive updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support change management, organizational readiness, training coordination, communication planning, and user adoption efforts.
  • Partner with functional leaders to develop stabilization strategies, hypercare support models, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on program health, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stabilization progress.
  • Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business, technology, finance, procurement, legal, and operational teams.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and process improvements to enhance PTP performance and operational efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize end-to-end PTP operations following Oracle Fusion implementation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • MBA, PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in program management, finance, procurement, shared services, or related functions.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience at the VP level or equivalent executive leadership capacity.
  • Hands-on experience leading or supporting Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
  • Experience with multiple Oracle Fusion PTP modules, including Accounts Payable, Payments, Supplier Portal, and Procurement.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, including invoicing, disbursements, vendor onboarding, supplier master data, and stakeholder support functions.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP stabilization, hypercare, governance, risk management, and issue resolution frameworks.
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs in global organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis, process improvement, and operational troubleshooting.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
  • Experience supporting change management and organizational readiness initiatives.
  • Familiarity with finance automation, intelligent document processing, AI-enabled workflows, predictive analytics, or related technologies.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time and travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications, Graphite Connect, RPA tools, OCR technologies, or AI-enabled finance solutions is preferred.
  • Experience in media, entertainment, large enterprise, shared services, or global business services environments is preferred.

Work Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in program management, finance, procurement, shared services, or related operational leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion implementations and stabilization programs.
  • Experience leading global, multi-workstream initiatives involving cross-functional stakeholders and distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated success managing post-go-live stabilization, hypercare operations, and business transformation initiatives.
