Job Duties:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate departments promptly and efficiently.
• Manage and organize appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
• Assist in document preparation, filing, and distribution related to trade services.

Qualifications:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
4. Bilingual (English and Spanish)
