We are in search of a talented leader to become an integral part of our growing team. 
Team Lead Responsibilities:

• Build, engage, manage, and develop a team of high-performing recruiting staff in an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Motivate a team of recruiters by setting clear goals and providing ongoing feedback to drive performance.
• Oversee the recruitment process for healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize team efficiency.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and other stakeholders to understand client priorities and requirements for staffing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience building, coaching, and managing a recruiting team.
• Organized and pragmatic; thrives in a results-oriented environment.
• Experience defining and delivering complex recruiting strategies.
• Experience utilizing metrics and data to drive recruitment results.
• Comfortable using data and analytics to develop insights and drive decisions.
• Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills with strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.
• Strong market trends orientation – data analysis & trending and influencing skills.
