SUMMARY
As part of the materials team, this position is responsible for picking raw material in the stockroom to support production orders. Must have good organizational skills with the ability to maintain a systematic and accurate approach to inventory control. Must be able to work independently, shift priorities as needed, and work well with others.
PRIMARY ROLE

• Maintain the receiving area and ensure all materials are stored in a clean, organized, and accessible manner.
• Maintain stock accuracy and physical organization of all materials in both the ETI and ACH stockroom areas.
• Conduct daily cycle counts for both ACH and ETI, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of inventory levels.
• Receive raw material from Receiving Inspection (RI) into the ShopworX ERP system and inventory it in the correct bin location in the stockroom.
• Prioritize, pull, and fill shop orders for the production floor.
• Verify material at the completion of the shop order and return it to the assigned stockroom locations as needed.
• Create and maintain efficient organization of all materials, including newly acquired parts for New Product Introductions (NPI).
• Ensure material flow is consistent with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) guidelines.
• Identify, justify, and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Prepare MRRs for lost or damaged inventory per applicable company policies.
• Identify and isolate obsolete material and forward it to Management for review and disposition.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and up to 70 lbs. with assistance.
• Other duties may be assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate would have 2 years of experience in shipping, stockroom, or inventory control, but we are willing to train 100% with the right candidate.
PREFERRED SKILLS

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and web browser software.
• Experience in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
• Interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Communication and cross-functional collaboration.
