• Pay = $39.70/hour
• Shift = 1st shift working 6am-2:30pm

The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of refrigeration systems and equipment across multiple facilities. This role requires strong commercial refrigeration experience, technical knowledge of HVAC systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment to support day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate, maintain, and repair refrigeration equipment and related systems.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and execute corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service work, inspections, and repairs.
• Travel between facilities using company-provided service vehicles.

Your Qualifications

• 5–7 years of commercial refrigeration experience
• Universal EPA Certification (required).
• Valid Driver’s License with ability to travel between sites.
• Associate degree in HVAC (preferred) or High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC operations, and preventative maintenance practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills

Pay Details: $39.70 per hour
