Job Details

Shifts:

Monday – Thursday: 2pm-10pm

Sunday: 6am-2pm.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform Escorts of maintenance, cleaners, and building personnel on company floors.
• Welcoming visitors.
• Maintain visual of all escorts while in company space.
• Maintaining a professional appearance (business casual attire).
• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
• Communicate with reception and the security team regarding escorts.
• Escalate security related issues to security team.
• Assist security team with administrative tasks.
• Maintain a level 2 Texas security license.

Experience

• Customer Service experience.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Skills:

• Attention to detail.
• Great communications skills both written and verbal.
• Great at multitasking
