Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support access awareness, respond to site needs, and bring our agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first values to life through teamwork and integrity every day.

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help identify suspicious activity and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, assist with access control procedures, and report unauthorized persons, property issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contact.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, provide clear directions during urgent situations, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
