As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a food and beverage location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. This is a driving post, so a valid driver’s license is required. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service while demonstrating our values of agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
• Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report observations to the appropriate parties.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or vendors to address questions and provide assistance.
• Complete detailed written reports of incidents, observations, and/or daily activities as required by Allied Universal and the location.
• Follow all site-specific protocols related to the food and beverage environment, including any requirements for access control and restricted areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
