🔹 Experience: Proven experience in teaching or supporting children with SEN is essential.
🔹 Qualifications: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent is required. SEND qualifications or experience are highly desirable.
🔹 Empathy & Patience: Build strong, trusting relationships with students who may face unique challenges.
🔹 Adaptability: Tailor teaching strategies to meet a wide range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and Global Developmental Delay.
