Role: SEND Business AnalystRate: Up to £500 per dayIR35 Status: Outside IR35Duration: Initially until 31 January 2026 with likely 3-month extensionWorking Pattern: Full-time (35 hours per week), mostly remoteOverview:Over the past four months, the organisation has been developing a set of KPIs for both the SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) programme and the wider service. These KPIs are designed to support performance monitoring against DfE Delivering Better Value (DMO) mitigations and to enable the Head of Service to manage resources and performance more effectively. These KPIs are now ready to be developed further.We are seeking an experienced SEND Business Analyst to lead and support the next stage of this work.Key Responsibilities:
