The Senior Career Specialist, Employer Engagement is a new role in the Office of Career Development, responsible for developing employer partnerships to support the Business and Information Systems department. Students in Accounting, Computer Information Systems, Marketing, Medical Office Assistant, and Paralegal Studies enroll in a required internship course. The Employer Engagement Specialist will report to the Director of Career Development within Workforce Development and Continuing Education, which is part of the Office of Academic Affairs. This is an individual contributor role with specific targets to meet, while also proactively contributing to a highly collaborative team.
Typical Weekly Responsibilities:
This is a grant-funded position through June 30, 2026.
Bachelor’s degree and four years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Provides student career assessment and counseling and provides comprehensive career services programs.

Exempt
$52,276 – $90,375; Salary commensurate with education and experience.
