TheSenior Manager, IT Production Support & Developmentoversees all aspects of IT production support, Application development, and strategic technology planning. This role ensures alignment with organizational objectives, drives operational excellence, and leads the delivery of reliable, scalable, and secure IT services. The Senior Manager, IT Production Support & Development is responsible for meeting service level agreements (SLAs), managing IT budgets, and leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance service delivery and system performance.
In addition to managing day-to-day operations, this role plays a key part in shaping the organization’s IT strategy, fostering innovation through emerging technologies, and implementing modern development and support practices. The Senior Manager, IT Production Support & Development partners with business and technology leaders to ensure IT capabilities evolve in step with enterprise goals, while cultivating a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
