Product Manager | Cardiff | Hybrid | Education | £55,000We’re hiring for a Senior Product Manager to join a mission-led organisation that’s reshaping the education space through smarter, human-centred tech. You’ll sit within a digitally mature Product team that owns the full product lifecycle – from idea to implementation – and plays a key role in shaping the future of global education experiences.Why it’s exciting:You’ll own a medium-sized product portfolio or a single high-complexity product, tied directly to strategic outcomes.Full autonomy across product strategy, customer feedback loops, feature roadmaps and go-to-market alignment.Lots of cross-functional collaboration: UX, engineering, education teams, and exec stakeholders.What you’ll be doing:Define and evolve product strategy based on market, customer, and tech insightsOwn and maintain roadmap, feature prioritisation and delivery alignment (Agile/Scrum)Translate user and business needs into clear user storiesLead agile ceremonies and support teams across sprintsAct as the voice of the customer using data, user testing, and feedback loopsStay ahead of the EdTech curve – trends, innovations, and competitive analysisContribute to a collaborative, bold, and curious Product cultureWe’re looking for:
✅ Strong product management experience (ideally in EdTech or a mission-driven organisation)
✅ A strategic mindset with the ability to zoom in/out between roadmap and detail
✅ Confidence working across teams to align goals and deliver impact
✅ Experience with Agile frameworks and cross-functional delivery
✅ Passion for using digital tools to create meaningful user experiences
