<div class="isg-job-description“>ATC is seeking a self-starting Sr. Program Manager to support and lead government-funded research and development programs.  The Sr. Program Manager serves as a key interface between ATC, government customers, engineering teams, and subcontractor partners. Programs may include laboratory and field experimentation, sensor and imaging system development, demonstrations, mission-relevant technology integration and related areas.
The Sr. Program Manager will execute assigned programs and task orders in accordance with contract requirements and customer intent. 
Responsibilities:

• Manage program scope, schedule, cost, and risk; maintain actionable program baselines and trackers
• Support and/or lead customer-facing engagements including TIMs, PMRs, and recurring status meetings
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, contracts, finance, and logistics teams
• Monitor deliverables, manage action items, and ensure high-quality submissions (technical reports, schedules, briefings)
• Identify execution risks early; develop mitigation plans and communicate impacts to leadership and stakeholders
• Contribute to proposal development including ROMs, staffing plans, and schedule development
• Apply structured execution methods (including Agile practices when appropriate) to track progress and unblock teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or 5 years equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience supporting program execution in a government contracting and/or technical environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple teams
• Professional communication skills, including customer-ready writing and briefing capability
• Candidate must be a US citizen and have a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
