Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Starting rate: $19.00 per hour

As a Lead Purchasing Receiving Clerk, you would be responsible for planning and assisting with daily organization and leadership of the food and beverage storerooms. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Plan and assist with daily organization and leadership of the food warehouse including:

Reviewing banquet event orders for items and accuracy, semiannual inventory count process, team scheduling and food purchasing as needed.

• Maintains food storeroom organization and daily operations, supervises flow of food from receiving to delivery at outlets.
• Identifies and communicates shortages on inbound invoices to assure proper stock levels of items.
• Administrative work to include maintenance of inventory master and associated item numbers within procurement system, and BEO item identification for procurement.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends & holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and be able to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.
• Pallet jack experience preferred.
• Previous Birchstreet experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Package handling experience preferred.
